Case Study

1. Sokongan padu by the leadership to cultivate ISO9001 at MDPT greatly energizes the implementing officers and the CI team to carry out their duties. 
2. Proof of sincere efforts (dalil usaha) in implementing ISO can be observed during the ISO consolidation session.  The ISO file is ready, can be quickly obtained/ retrievable in timely manner from the storage rooms by the officers on duty. 
3. The transformation of the material contained in the document/ process approach documented SOP and KPI of various department is clearly being worked on in a structured, orderly and tokmaninah manner. 

Keep up the good leadership with continually clear and encouraging direction by the YDP and SU on 
the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the quality management system, and 
with the committed and sincere efforts by the management team by consistently implementing and 
update where necessary the documents/ process approach SOP, KPI and risk assessment reports, 
more and higher values of implementing the QMS will be seen in years to come.
