Objective of the Course:

Understand the concept and the requirements of process approach SOP, KPI, and data analysis and
evaluation. -
In-depth and effective understanding of the key elements of ISO 9001:2015 clauses/ requirements and its application in the QMS processes for effective implementation, and how to apply in the auditing so that the participants will be condent “what to look for” and “what to look at” when conducting internal audit for value added audits.

How to determine departmental and process level internal/ external issues (SWOT), RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and risk management to determine actions to address the risks and opportunities.
